Custom Company Wall Led Backlit Letter 3D Signage Logo
Getting that perfect "halo" effect isn't just about sticking some lights on the back. It is about the distance. We pre-install stainless steel spacers that push the letters exactly 1.5 to 2 inches off your wall. This is the sweet spot. If it is too close, the light gets choked; too far, and it looks messy. Inside the shell, we use IP67-rated LED modules (usually Samsung chips) because they handle heat better than generic diodes. You can choose the vibe you want, too. Most clients go for a warm white (3000K) if they want a cozy, luxury feel, or a cool white (6500K) if they need the sign to look sharp and modern.
Let’s talk about the part most suppliers ignore: the wiring. A beautiful sign is useless if it causes an electrical fire. All our systems run on safe 12V DC low voltage. We don't send you cheap, no-name power supplies. We typically provide Meanwell transformers that are UL and CE certified, so your local inspector won't give you any trouble. The wires are clearly color-coded—red for positive, black for negative—so you don't need a degree in electrical engineering to hook them up. If you have a busy facade, we can even pre-wire all the letters onto a back panel or a raceway track, so you only have to connect one main cable to the power source.
Shipping is another thing we take seriously. We know how rough couriers can be. That is why we don't use cardboard boxes for international orders. Your sign gets packed into a reinforced wooden crate with thick foam padding between the letters. We have shipped these crates from our factory to New York, London, and Sydney without a single scratch. We include a full-sized paper template in the box, too. You just tape it to the wall, drill the marked spots, and slide the letters in. It turns what looks like a complicated construction job into a simple weekend project.
